My career began in the United States Marine Corps, where I learned the foundational values of discipline, leadership, and looking out for the person to my left and right. But my journey also taught me a harder lesson: what happens when leadership fails the individual. After navigating my own mental and physical health struggles without a safety net, I dedicated my life to becoming the mentor and protector I never had.
I entered the world of high-level bodybuilding not just as a competitor, but as a student of the human machine. After witnessing the fallout of reckless coaching firsthand, I realized the industry was missing a critical component: A true Standard of Care.
